ARC Estimating.
ARC’s project estimating practices supports transportation infrastructure projects from the earliest planning stages through design, construction and into operations. Our Estimating division’s estiamtes support project controls team needs, condition assessment and asset management programs, alternatives analysis associated with risk assessment and mitigation exercises and sustaiable development project definitions. Our detailed estimates cover trades, all divisions. We develop and monitor master program schedules and implemented work projections using an earned-value management approach, tracking the critical path and offering support for course correction exercises throughout the program life cycle.
